MEET DR. RINEHART

Dr. Rinehart is one of the most respected and established dentists in the Columbus area. He graduated from Indiana University’s School of Dentistry in 1982 and has been practicing in Columbus for 35 years. After dental school Dr. Rinehart completed a 2 year residency at the University of Tennessee, where he received his master’s degree. While there, he trained at the UT School of Dentistry and le Bonheur and St. Jude’s Children’s hospitals. He also taught pediatric dentistry as an associate professor at Riley Children’s Hospital. He has taught as an associate professor at the IU school of Dentistry.

Dr. Rinehart currently is a sustaining member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Team for Implantology and the Columbus Regional Dental Society.

He has received training in advanced cosmetics procedure from The Hornbrook Group, and receives many hours of advanced continuing education in multidisciplinary care yearly through the Spear Faculty Club and his local Spear Study Club.

Dr. Rinehart focuses on providing advanced restorative procedures as well as general family services. When treatment services are outside of his expertise, he utilizes a team of local, board-certified specialists. He wants you to have confidence that the most qualified area professional will be providing your care.

Dr. Rinehart has been happily married for 32 years and has three children. He enjoys fishing, gardening, beekeeping, IU sports and spending time with friends, family and his dogs. He is an active member of Westside Community Church and supports various organizations such as Donated Dental Services, Dentistry from the Heart, United Way and Clarity Pregnancy Services.
